Being born and raised in Russia, Polina, our founder, has unique access to small factories that truly value quality over quantity and control each step starting from hair sourcing all the way to hand encapsulation. Shipping across the US takes 3-5 business days. We also offer shipping to Canada upon the request.

We offer returns for an exchange or a full refund if the hair temper zip ties are still in place. We recommend checking the hair upon arrival and even washing the hair to double check the texture.

We offer 3 natural hair textures- straight, wavy and curly. All of our hair is perm free, which means the donor was born with this hair. The texture will stay the same after the wash and there wont be any unpleasant hair smell.

All of our hair is 100% human Remy (cuticle aligned) hair. Also only at Her hair extensions you will find single donor and double drawn hair with thick and full ends.

Right now we offer only k-tip hair extensions for sale. However we plan on expanding our line to tape-ins and wefts.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. That way you can track the location of your package. However if your package hasn't arrived please contact info@herhairextensions.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
